Jane Marx

UX Designer

I’m a UX researcher and designer with a sociology research background. I study how people interact with systems, then I design systems that respect both. My experience spans nonprofits, wellness, and education, including leading community programs at an arboretum where I developed curriculum, trained volunteers, and improved processes.

Across these roles, my work consistently centered on research-driven problem solving: listening carefully, identifying underlying needs, and translating insights into functional solutions. I aim to produce clear, actionable insights that help teams make informed decisions and build products people can trust.
